Application Process

You can submit your application letters and professional CV's by means of various application media (We recommend you to use the Job Application Form in our website).

Your applications will be definitely inspected by HR department and you will be invited for interview in the event that your competencies are suitable for our vacant positions.

Your CV's are stored in our database for 1 year and kept open for evaluation. You can apply through Job Applications section.

Employment Process

Our company determines its man power requirements according to the results of Annual Man Power Plan and Career Planning Process that is prepared taking into account staff requirements, promotions and organizational changes throughout the year.

The evaluations by in-house and outsource are made by Interview Method (HR – relevant department – senior management) according to the employment criteria of TAMEK (knowledge, experience and competencies).

Depending on the evaluations made as a result of interviews, reference researches are made for the applicants that are found suitable. The candidates that are positive in every respect are offered the job and their employment processes are started.

The applications of the candidates that are not employed are stored in our database for 1 year and candidates are informed about the results.

Orientation

For every employee that newly starts the job, there is an orientation program that describes and informs the employee about TAMEK, company values, working rules, job rules and procedures, colleagues, working environment, rights, all subjects related to the position.   

Trial period is 2 months in our company.
