Price Management

Wages are given to employees in accordance with the levels of their duties and responsibilities, the performance they show, inflation, company strategies and the specifications of the sector they take place in. In our company, gross monthly wage is applied.

Bonus which amounts to 4-month gross wage is annually paid (In March, June, September and December). Service and food service are given to employees. Vehicle and mobile phones are given for some positions. Some positions benefit from casualty insurance.
